Over 25 years of experience in integrated rural development across Nepal. MSc Development Studies, Tribhuvan University. Leads strategic direction, donor partnerships, and government relations.
Programme Director
15+ years leading health, education, and livelihood programmes. MPH from Nepal's Tribhuvan University and certified in MEAL systems. Oversees programme quality and reporting across all service areas.
Finance & Admin Director
Chartered Accountant with 18 years managing NGO and INGO finances in Nepal. Responsible for financial compliance, IRO reporting, audit coordination, and procurement systems.
WASH & DRR Manager
Civil engineer with 12 years specialising in rural water supply, sanitation, and community-based disaster risk reduction. Led ODF campaigns in 32 communities across communities across all 7 provinces.
Gender & Social Inclusion Manager
Women's rights advocate and social worker with 14 years experience in GBV prevention, women's empowerment, and inclusive development programming across Bagmati Province.
Renewable Energy Manager
Electrical engineer certified by AEPC with 10 years designing and implementing solar and biogas systems. Led the Supriya Smriti Award-winning clean energy programme across communities across all 7 provinces.
